How is the sense of responsibility affected in children raised in assisted living homes?

Responsibility is not taken, it is given. You cannot give your child responsibility by doing everything they want. For your child to take responsibility, you must first give them responsibility. A child who does not take responsibility actually controls their parents. A child who does not take responsibility cannot separate from their parents and cannot gain self-confidence.
